This unit boasts modern decor, a well-equipped kitchen, and free in-suite Laundry. The building is steps from the slopes and is a true ski-in/ski-out with a heated salt water pool and hot tub right on the slope!
The Space
The property is compromised of a master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite and a secondary “den” (bedroom without windows) equipped with a double (on bottom) and single (on top) bunk bed.
A full kitchen and dining and living area with a pull out sofa bed complete the rest of the layout.
Other facilities included, are the balcony and in suite laundry, gas fireplace and free secure underground parking with secure ski/ bike storage provided.
Parking clearance is 6’8′
Each property comes with one allocated free parking spot. Another may be available depending on the level of occupancy at the time. There are also a limited number of visitor spots.s
You must be 28 years old or over to rent this property. Families and children are welcome as long as the primary renter is 28 or over.
Check-in is located on site. You will be asked for picture ID at the time of check in. We reserve the right to deny access to this property if this condition has not been met.
A refundable damage deposit of $750 will be held on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released after your stay.
