PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
Payment in full is required to complete your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
Non Canadian Guests – some credit card companies charge exchange fees and exchange rates may vary.
Cancellation insurance is recommended.
CHECK IN
We will be in touch
via email with check-in instructions three to fourteen days before your
arrival. Please save or print that email and have the information handy upon
arrival. Check in is 4:00 pm.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon arrival at our check-in desk, you will be asked to provide picture ID and a credit card. A pre-authorization of $500 – $1000 will be processed. (Depending on the property booked). The pre-authorization will be released within seven days from check out and will only be charged after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning and maintenance, if items are missing, or if a fine was levied due to a noise complaint or rule violation in the complex. The credit card provided must be in the name of the primary guest, no third party credit cards will be accepted.
Guests are expected to notify Peak Vacations Whistler Ltd. immediately upon arrival of any damage to the property. The guest accepts the premises in its present condition and agrees to take care of the Premises during their stay and further agrees to pay all costs to replace or repair any property damaged by the guest during their stay.
BOOKING POLICIES
Guests must be a minimum of 28 years of age to make a reservation and must provide picture ID confirming age at check-in. Peak Vacations Whistler Ltd. reserves the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided.
Guests shall not sublet all or any part of the Premises or assign this agreement.
Housekeeping
Mid-stay cleans during reservations that are ten days or longer are complimentary and available on request. All properties have laundry facilities either in the unit or in the building. Adequate quantities of towels / linens will be provided for the number of people registered.
Smoking
All properties and complexes are entirely non-smoking. This includes but is not limited to smoking cigarettes, cannabis and vaping. This includes all patios, balconies and common areas. Please limit smoking to outside of the complex, where permissible. Please do not dispose of butts in or around the complex and specifically over railings. Failure to comply with this policy will result in fines levied and/or eviction. Any units with evidence of smoking in the complex after departure will result in a $500 fine from Peak Vacations Whistler Ltd. and may also result in complex and municipality fines which will be deducted from the deposit pre-authorized at check-in.
Pets
Pets of any kind are not permitted in any of our properties.
Noise
Parties and excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time of the day. Security and Strata has the option to evict and / or fine guests. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am which includes use of the hot tub and common areas, if applicable.
If a complaint is received and security is called, all guests will be evicted with no refund.
Maximum Occupancy
1 bedroom – 2 occupants maximum (4 occupants if sofa bed is provided & approval given.
2 bedroom – 4 occupants maximum (6 occupants if sofa bed is provided & approval given.
3 bedroom – 6 occupants maximum (8 occupants if sofa bed is provided & approval given.
4 bedroom – 8 occupants maximum
Any occupants that exceed the Maximum Occupancy will be evicted without refund.
Liability Disclaimer
Prices for Accommodation and packages are subject to change without notice, and reservations are based on availability. Bookings and prices are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit has been received and confirmation email has been sent to Guest.
Peak Vacations Whistler Ltd. is not be liable for any injury or damage to person or property in, on or about the premises by or from any cause whatsoever.
Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Due to unforeseen circumstances, should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Harmony Whistler reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality or cancel the reservation with a full refund.
Termination
Failure by the Guest to meet the payment terms and schedule may result in termination of the reservation and forfeiture of deposits.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival are not refundable.
Peak Vacations Whistler does not issue refunds or credits for cancellations based on weather conditions.
